"Entre los principales hallazgos del informe, la Defensoría afirma que al hacer un análisis de los datos recolectados, ?parece existir discriminación contra la Pdsg de manera estructural a través de las instituciones gubernamentales y de forma directa bajo manifestaciones de violencia, amenazas y hostigamiento?. <br><br>
El documento presenta también las percepciones de esta población, que considera que la más grave amenaza a sus derechos humanos es la ocasionada por la instituciones, por lo menos así lo dijo un 31%, mientras que el 29% hizo alusión a la discriminación de tipo socio cultural y el 22 % planteó su preocupación sobre la violencia y los crímenes de odio." <br><br>
Among the principal findings of the report, the Defender declares that upon doing an analysis of the collected data, "it appears that discrimination exists against the diverse sexual and gender populations in a structural manner among the governmental institutions and in direct form under displays of violence, threat and harassment." <br><br>
The document also presents the perceptions of this population, which considers that the gravest threat to their human rights is that caused by the institutions, at least that is what 31% said, while 29% made allusion to the discrimination of the social type and 22% raised their concern about violence and hate crimes."

According to Hassan, "all religious leaders, whether Sunni or Shiite, call for the eradication of homosexuals, but the Shiites are the ones who are most involved in these attacks."<br><br>7 Bodies in Bagdad's Morgue<br>"The Alarabiya reporter, visited the Baghdad Morgue in Bab-al-Moazaam in central Baghdad, where the Neman Mohsen, the medical examiner, confirmed that they have the bodies of 7 homosexuals in the morgue.
